At Sinful Hair by Courtney, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that you respect my time and provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy helps protect my time and allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
